Once the infiltration system started working, it was necessary the participation of the irrigator community to manage the entrance of water from Voltoya River. This procedure proved to be the most efficient to avoid excess of water and flooding in nearby areas, or to surpass the limit established by the River Basin Authority of 8,5hm3 to be used for recharge purposes.
