Improvements:

  • Release note page added
  • Broken links module added

  • External link target symbol added at the end of the text. 
    Check them all. Links like http://nwrm.eu/... are wrong. Path referring to nwrm web site must be relative to the protocol and web site url in the address bar (like https://nwrm-plus.dev.oieau.fr). Only the suffix must be specified in the link editor starting with a slash ("/"), like "/implementing-nwrm/practical-guide")
